Mowing

While fortnightly cuts are our minimum service interval, more frequent mowing leads to a healthier, better-looking lawn. We ensure clean edges, proper clipping disposal, and consistent results every visit. We mow from late February to November, depending on weather conditions.

Scarifying

Using professional equipment, we'll gently remove the built-up dead grass, moss, and debris that regular mowing can't tackle. We follow this with overseeding to fill any gaps and encourage thick, lush growth. The result? While the lawn may look sparse immediately after treatment, new grass will soon emerge for complete regeneration.
Hollow tine Aeration
Hollow tine aeration removes small plugs of soil from turf using hollow spoons that penetrate 2-4 inches deep. Unlike solid tine aeration which simply pokes holes and can compress surrounding soil, hollow tines extract cores completely, creating uncompacted channels for air, water, and nutrients to reach grass roots. These open channels allow roots to expand freely and grow deeper, while the removed cores break down to help reduce thatch. The result is a stronger, more drought-resistant root system with better access to water and fertilizer.
Hollow tine aeration is particularly effective at addressing soil compaction, which often occurs in high-traffic areas or clay-heavy soils. When soil becomes compacted, the spaces between soil particles are reduced, restricting root growth and water movement.
Overseeding
